“Each of us has a unique part to play in the healing of the world”

Welcome. Are you struggling with anxiety, loss, or feeling stuck?

I offer warm, confidential counselling in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, and online, to help you feel more in control and understood

You will receive a calm, empathetic space where you can talk openly and honestly, at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is flexible and client-centred, helping you make sense of your experiences, ease anxiety, and find ways to live alongside loss with greater steadiness and care.

I offer sessions online, face-to-face in Fermanagh House (Enniskillen) and walk-and-talk therapy in the Fermanagh area.

About me

My name is Stephanie. I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I am based in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh and I have lived here since I was a teenager (I am originally from Italy).

I have lived experience dealing with anxiety, depression and grief, and my own healing journey prompted me to find a way to help others who might be struggling.

I work with my clients to create a calm and safe environment, where we can explore their difficulties together. I use a variety of modalities, but most importantly I work with empathy, the utmost confidentiality and a genuine sense of care.

I also work for a local children’s charity as a support practitioner, helping families, children and young people in therapeutic and practical ways.
